Córdoba Patrimonio de la Humanidad picked up a point on their visit to Viña Albali Valdepeñas after drawing (4-4) in a goal-filled match played at the Municipal Virgen de la Cabeza, corresponding to the seventh round of the Apertura Tournament of the Prime Futsal League. The Córdoba side came to lead 2-4 in the 25th minute, with two goals from Palacio, but the hosts scored two goals in a minute, through an own goal by Murilo and Silveira, which levelled the contest at four. David Fernández's team had to halt the home comeback in a final spell in which they had accumulated five fouls before the halfway point of the second half. The draw is viewed positively given the difficulty of the Castilla-La Mancha court, according to the club.

A point with a bittersweet taste

The match began at a high tempo. Miguel Palacio opened the scoring in the 5th minute after pouncing on a rebound from goalkeeper Borja Puerta, but Álex Fonseca equalised a minute later. Ivi, a former Viña Albali player, made it 1-2 in the 9th and Torres equalised in the 12th. Titi del Rey made it 2-3 before half-time and Palacio made it 2-4 in the 25th. Competition will not return for the Córdoba side until next November 15, when they will host Wanapix Sala10 Zaragoza in a duel for survival.
