Ania admits after losing in Sabadell that Córdoba «lacked football»
The blanquiverde coach analysed the defeat against CE Sabadell and pointed to the team's lack of sharpness, while also insisting on the need to improve defensively.

The Córdoba CF coach, Iván Ania, appeared at a press conference after his team's defeat at CE Sabadell's ground and acknowledged that the blanquiverde squad was not sharp during the match.
"We lacked football, not intensity. We weren't sharp," the coach said, describing the match as "very crazy." Ania regretted that, after the team managed to level the score in the final stretch, it was not able to make the most of its chances to complete the comeback.
The Cordobesista coach focused on the defensive phase as the main pending issue. "We have a problem conceding goals, not scoring them. We play less exposed than in other years and we concede more. We need to keep a clean sheet," he stated.
With these statements, Ania points to the lack of defensive solidity as the aspect that most worries the coaching staff ahead of the upcoming matches, above the generation of chances or the team's offensive output.
