Futuro Singular Córdoba employs more than 350 professionals in the province
The foundation, dedicated to supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, has seven centers and 25 services, and is working to build new facilities in the city of Córdoba on land ceded by the Ayuntamiento.

Futuro Singular Córdoba, a social entity that serves people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, has more than 350 professionals distributed across seven centers and 25 services in the province of Córdoba, according to the note sent by the foundation.
The entity facilitates access to employment for people with disabilities through several channels. The Supported Employment Service accompanies individuals and companies to achieve the incorporation and maintenance of jobs in the ordinary labor market. Meanwhile, the Special Employment Center, called Singular CEE, offers protected employment to those who need more intensive support and provides services to companies, institutions, and private clients. Added to these channels is the direct hiring of people with disabilities in various services of the foundation itself.
Regarding its staff, the foundation states that it offers ongoing training, an equality and work-life balance plan, and the promotion of internal talent.

The Ayuntamiento de Córdoba has ceded the land where the infrastructure will be located, and the foundation is now seeking the funding needed to begin construction.
According to the note, the construction will generate activity in sectors such as architecture, engineering, construction, installations, landscaping, and equipment. Once operational, the new facilities will allow for the creation of stable jobs linked to direct care, specialized services, maintenance, and management of the new resources.
The foundation, which it states has more than fifty-five years of work in the province, notes that its activity seeks to strengthen the local economic fabric and expand quality professional opportunities.
