ASPAYM and FEPAMIC visit the Córdoba Zoo Conservation Centre

People from ASPAYM Córdoba, an association that is a member of the Federation of People with Spinal Cord Injury and other Physical Disabilities (FEPAMIC), have visited the Centro de Conservación Zoo de Córdoba together with other people from the federation. The day was held on Wednesday, October 14 and began at 10:00.

At 12:00, the centre's educators gave an enrichment workshop on animal feeding. Those who took part were able to feed some of the specimens in the enclosure, learn about their diet up close and see part of the work carried out at the Centro de Conservación. The visit also served to share time, talk and discover a space in the city in company, according to FEPAMIC.

The federation notes that leisure involves discovering places, taking part in new activities and socialising with other people, and it advocates continuing to promote accessible spaces and opportunities for participation so that people can enjoy the city's resources on equal terms. FEPAMIC states that it shares this type of initiative from its member associations in order to break out of the routine and strengthen relationships among those who take part. The federation has thanked ASPAYM for its work in promoting social activities and more inclusive leisure, as well as all the people who have helped make the meeting possible.
