The San Rafael Cemetery hosts a guided tour with QR codes on October 20
Cecosam has scheduled for Tuesday, October 20, 2026 a guided tour with QR codes through the San Rafael Cemetery, as part of the Ciudad de los Recuerdos II route and the Santos 2026 campaign. The activity opens the calendar for the San Rafael festivity.
The guided tour with QR codes at the San Rafael Cemetery takes place on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, according to Cecosam, the body that manages the municipal cemeteries. It is the first activity organized on the occasion of the San Rafael festivity within the Santos 2026 campaign.
A route with stops at two cemeteries
The activity is part of the Ciudad de los Recuerdos II route, a tour of the cemetery in which QR codes serve as a guide to learn about the history of the place. The Santos 2026 program also includes the Ciudad de los Recuerdos I route, which takes place at the Nuestra Señora de la Salud Cemetery.
According to the program released by Cecosam on October 1, 2026, the Ciudad de los Recuerdos II route has two sessions at the San Rafael Cemetery: the one on October 20, from 18:00 to 19:30, and another on October 29, from 17:30 to 19:00. The Ciudad de los Recuerdos I route, at the Nuestra Señora de la Salud Cemetery, is held on October 22, from 18:00 to 19:30, and on October 27, from 17:30 to 19:00.
Theater and nighttime visits
The Santos 2026 campaign is not limited to guided tours. The program includes the theatrical performance of José Zorrilla's Don Juan Tenorio at both cemeteries: on October 30 and 31 at the San Rafael Cemetery and on November 1 and 2 at the Nuestra Señora de la Salud Cemetery, in both cases at 20:00. In addition, nighttime theatrical visits have been organized under the name Córdoba Misteriosa, focused on legends and stories linked to the cemeteries.
How to sign up
To take part in the guided tours and the theatrical performance, you must reserve a place on the Córdoba City Council's appointment booking website, at the booking page. Registration for the Córdoba Misteriosa nighttime visits is managed at the Rutas Misteriosas booking website.
