The Regional Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development has called for the drawing up of preliminary minutes prior to the urgent occupation of the assets and rights affected by the compulsory expropriation of the construction project for the wastewater collection system and the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) of Albendín, in the municipality of Baena. The resolution appears published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Córdoba (BOP) of Tuesday, October 20, in issue number 203.

Who it affects

The call is addressed to the owners of the land and holders of rights affected by the expropriation file. The preliminary minutes procedure is the step by which the Administration records the assets and rights it will occupy before carrying out the works.
