Córdoba CF won 1-2 away to Albacete Balompié, in a match that started uphill but ended with a comeback that pulls the team out of the relegation zone.

Albacete took the lead 35 seconds into the match, when Rubio capitalised on a pass between the cordobesista centre-backs to beat goalkeeper Guilherme. From then on, the blanquiverde side took control of the match, with possession and forward runs, although without creating clear shots for much of the first half.

Albacete had chances to extend their lead, such as a play disallowed by VAR for offside at nine minutes and a shot by Corpas that went wide in minute 20. Córdoba CF did not manage their first dangerous shot until minute 37, with a strike by Percan following a move by Bri down the left that was blocked by the Manchego defence.

Coach Ania made three changes at halftime, bringing on Adnane, Albarrán and Budesca in place of Tasende, Egoitz and Bri. After a start to the second half similar to the first, with a shot by Albacete hitting the post in minute 54, the team brought on Kevin Medina and Enol for Eder and Carracedo, the latter booked at halftime.

With these changes, Córdoba CF gained a greater presence in the game. In minute 57, a pass from Budesca was finished with a backheel by Isma Ruiz to level the score at one. Thirteen minutes later, in the 70th, Percan capitalised on a mistake by the home defence following a move by Enol down the left wing to score the comeback goal with a placed shot inside the area.

In the final minutes, the cordobesista side had chances to extend their lead, such as a shot by Budesca that hit the crossbar in minute 74, while Albacete created a chance to equalise in minute 86 that was stopped by a save from Guilherme.

The match was played at the Carlos Belmonte stadium, where Albacete Balompié lined up with Carlos Marín, Nieva, Lluis, Javi Moreno, Lorenzo, Ortuño, Javi Villar, A. Medina, Corpas, Soberón and Álex Rubio, while Córdoba CF lined up with Guilherme, Egoitz, Rubén Alves, Álex Martín, Tasende, Isma, Eder, Diarra, Bri, Carracedo and Percan. The match referee was Iosu Galech, of the Colegio Navarro.
