The midwives working group of the Official College of Nursing of Córdoba is organizing a new Breastfeeding Day on Wednesday, October 21, from 17.00 to 20.00 hours, at the College's headquarters. The activity is free and open to all interested women and families from Córdoba, with free entry until capacity is reached.
The day will open with the talk "Breastfeeding in the hospitalized newborn", by María Trujillo Arcos, a pediatric nurse from Córdoba. After a break with a snack, at 18.30 hours there will be a round table on real breastfeeding stories, moderated by Manoli Sánchez, midwife, with three testimonies from mothers.
The initiative is part of World Breastfeeding Week and has the collaboration of the Andalusian Nursing Council (CAE). No prior registration is needed.
