The Diputación and the FAB present the 2026 Provincial Basketball Cup
Seven men's teams and two women's teams will compete in the Copa Diputación de Baloncesto 2026. The women's final will be played on September 22 at the IDM Fidiana.

The Copa Diputación de Baloncesto 2026 will once again bring together clubs from Córdoba and its province in the senior men's and women's categories, ahead of the start of the official season.
In the men's category, seven teams will take part: Cajasol Coto Córdoba, Climanavas Agrometal Dehesas Reunidas (Peñarroya), UCAL (Lucena), Ciudad Alfarera (La Rambla), CDP Cabra and CB Puente Genil Codimar Basket.
In the women's category, CD Cordobabasket and Cajasol Córdoba will play the final directly on Tuesday, September 22 at the IDM Fidiana. According to the note sent by the Diputación, both teams are aiming for promotion.
The Diputación's Sports delegate, Antonio Martín, has stated that the competition serves to «measure the strength of local basketball and boost sporting activity on the courts of the province». For her part, the delegate of the Federación Andaluza de Baloncesto (FAB) in Córdoba, Inmaculada Coba, has highlighted that the tournament works as technical preparation ahead of the regular leagues.
