The Villaharta City Council has called a tribute ceremony to the residents of the municipality deported to the Nazi concentration camps. The event will be at 17:30 at the Plaza de la Constitución.
The tribute includes the installation of Stolpersteine, the brass plaques or cobblestones placed on the ground in front of the homes or places linked to the victims of Nazism to remember them. Local authorities, the president of the Asociación de Triángulo Azul Stolpersteine de Andalucía and relatives of the deported will take part in the ceremony.
The event is held in the street, so any resident can come along.
