The Holy Week of Córdoba in 2027 will have a different order of procession on four of its days. Palm Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Maundy Thursday modify their structure compared to the previous edition, as detailed by the Agrupación de Hermandades y Cofradías de Córdoba, which has finalised the configuration of the days after several coordination sessions. Palm Sunday debuts a new order of procession along the Carrera Oficial: Entrada Triunfal, Las Penas, La Vera-Cruz, El Rescatado, La Esperanza, El Amor and El Huerto, which recovers its position. Holy Saturday, by contrast, remains unchanged, with Las Lágrimas closing and La O opening the day.

Changes on Monday and Tuesday

Holy Monday forces the Hermandad de la Sentencia to modify its outbound and return routes. To make this possible, a swap of order between la Estrella and la Presentación al Pueblo has been agreed. Holy Tuesday also changes the order of procession: el Prendimiento will take second place and la Universitaria will close the day. With this reorganisation, la Santa Faz will not have to pass again along calle Torrijos on the way back to the temple. As a novelty, el Císter and el Buen Suceso will access via calle Doctor Fleming instead of via Cruz del Rastro.

El Nazareno, at dawn in the Cathedral

Maundy Thursday concentrates the most relevant change: el Nazareno will make its Estación de Penitencia in the Santa Iglesia Catedral during the early hours of Good Friday. In addition, el Caído moves to the first place of the day and will open the processions, in a swap of order with la Caridad. Holy Wednesday maintains last year's access configuration, although the collection point for la Piedad remains to be determined, since the Jardines del Obispo are undergoing remodelling. Good Friday keeps the Carrera Oficial of 2026, with el Santo Sepulcro opening and la Señora de Córdoba closing, and in Alcolea the Hermandad de los Dolores de Alcolea will process. Easter Sunday will close Holy Week with el Resucitado. During the month of November, the Vocalía de Procesión will continue working with the brotherhoods to finalise the definitive itineraries.
