Hospitality establishments in Los Pedroches interested in taking part in the III Mercado Gastronómico have until October 27 to submit their application. The event will be held in the pavilion of the Hinojosa del Duque fairground on November 21, 22 and 23, 2026, according to the town council of the locality.
How to apply for a stand
To have a space, you must fill in the Participation Application form provided by the organization. It is an essential requirement that the company's activity falls within the sectors typical of the market. Signing and submitting the application implies full acceptance of the participation rules.
Stands will be allocated by draw. Payment will be made in cash on the day of the draw, October 28 at 19:00, in the Salón de Plenos of the Town Hall.
Price and what it includes
The price per stand is 50 euros, both for the 3x3 model and for the 4x3 one. The fee includes energy consumption, public liability insurance, fair security, assembly and dismantling of the stand and presence in the visitor's catalogue-guide.
Assembly will take place on November 21 from 8:00 to 15:00, and the stands must be fully assembled and decorated at least one hour before the opening. Dismantling may not begin until the market's closing time has ended and will take place on November 23 from 17:00 to 22:00.
Opening hours and tastings
The market will open on November 21 from 17:00 to 23:00, on the 22nd from 11:00 to 23:00 and on the 23rd from 11:00 to 17:00.
During the event, at the Town Hall stand, 10-euro vouchers can be purchased that entitle the holder to five tastings. At the end of each day, the Consistorio will pay each company 100% of the amount collected from the sale of those vouchers, for which exhibitors must have previously handed the tasting tickets to the organization.
Deadlines and procedures
Applications are submitted using the participation form and the deadline runs from October 16 to 27, 2026, both included. Payment of the 50 euros is made in cash on October 28 at 19:00 in the Salón de Plenos of the Town Hall, coinciding with the draw for spaces.
