New features of this edition

The mayor of Villanueva de Córdoba, Isaac Reyes, has stated that this edition keeps the Túnel del Jamón and adds an «escape room» titled «Guardianes de la Dehesa». The regional tasters' competition becomes provincial in scope, with an invitation to all professionals in the province to take part on Sunday. The president of the DOP Los Pedroches, Antonio Jesús Torralbo, has detailed that this edition debuts a more legible and modern label and that the invited institution will be the Ayuntamiento de Cambados, within the framework of the European campaign «Al fin juntos» linking the Rías Baixas and Los Pedroches designations.
