Posadas celebrates the Iluminamos Posadas 2026 charity walk on Friday

The streets of Posadas host on Friday, October 23 a new edition of Iluminamos Posadas 2026, a charity walk organised by Detumo with the aim of giving visibility to people with disabilities. The route will start at 21:00 from the Parque de la Barriada.

Packs and distribution schedule

Those who want to join the initiative will have to buy a pack. The distribution of these packs will take place at the Parque de la Barriada from 19:00, two hours before the start of the walk.

Awareness and inclusion

According to the organisers, the activity seeks to raise public awareness and promote inclusion, making visible the municipality's commitment to people with disabilities and their families. The walk is organised by Detumo, with the collaboration of the Ayuntamiento de Posadas and the Diputación de Córdoba.

Other charity events in the municipality

This event joins other recent charity initiatives in Posadas. The Ayuntamiento reported on the same October 20 a walk against breast cancer scheduled for Wednesday, October 21, 2026, organised together with the Asociación Española Contra el Cáncer en Posadas under the slogan «Nos lo tomamos a pecho», starting at 18:00 from the Plaza de los Lavaderos and running to the Plaza de la Estación.

To take part in Iluminamos Posadas 2026 you have to buy a pack and collect it at the Parque de la Barriada from 19:00 on Friday, October 23. The walk starts at 21:00 from that same point.
