San Sebastián de los Ballesteros receives an award for its participation in Horizonte Campiña Sur 2030

The Ayuntamiento de San Sebastián de los Ballesteros has collected an award for its participation in the Horizonte Campiña Sur 2030 project, at an ecotourism event held on Sunday, October 18 at the Complejo Envidarte de Montilla. The municipality's community garden was one of the project's activities.

The Ayuntamiento de San Sebastián de los Ballesteros has received recognition for its participation in the Horizonte Campiña Sur 2030 project. The award was presented during the Ecotourism Event "Tierra que Alimenta: Campiña Sur Cordobesa", held on Sunday, October 18 at the Complejo Envidarte de Montilla and organised by the Mancomunidad de Municipios Campiña Sur Cordobesa as the closing act of the project.

A community garden within the project

Among the activities the municipality has carried out within this initiative is the recently created community garden. The Horizonte Campiña Sur 2030 project is intended, according to the Mancomunidad, to highlight the region's natural, cultural, tourism and gastronomic resources and to promote a sustainable development model.

Local women at the event

A group of women from San Sebastián de los Ballesteros took part in the event and attended the organised activities, including displays of local products, tastings and workshops on sustainable food and the gastronomic heritage of the Campiña Sur.

The closing act

The gathering in Montilla served as the close of the project and brought together the participating municipalities of the region. The Ayuntamiento de San Sebastián de los Ballesteros has reported the presentation of the award and the presence of local women at the meeting.
