The Subbética Route on Vespa celebrates its fifteenth edition, bringing together more than 200 enthusiasts from different parts of Spain. The Ayuntamiento de Lucena, through the Delegación de Turismo, collaborates with the Vespa Club Lucena on this initiative, which this year features Moriles as the guest town.
The programme runs from Thursday to Sunday: reception of participants on Thursday and Friday, a concert at Plaza de Archidona on Friday night, the main route on Saturday starting from FM Calefacción in Lucena and passing through Zambra, Cabra, Montilla, Aguilar de la Frontera and Moriles, and a guided tourist visit around Lucena on Sunday.
This edition already has around 220 registrations. The Councillor for Tourism, Francisco Barbancho, has highlighted the continuity of the municipal collaboration with the organising club.
